Graphic Designer

Create signage artwork, layouts, submittals, and production-ready files from construction documents, specifications, and client direction. Coordinate revisions and project details with project managers and production teams, maintain organized documentation, and review artwork and completed products for accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Create signage artwork, layouts, proofs, and production files using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Develop architectural signage submittals and shopâdrawing graphics based on project requirements
- Translate construction documents, message schedules, specifications, and client direction into accurate signage artwork
- Prepare productionâready files for printing, fabrication, cutting, routing, and other manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with Project Managers to incorporate revisions, field conditions, and client comments
- Maintain consistent file organization, naming conventions, and project documentation
- Perform qualityâcontrol reviews of artwork and completed products for accuracy, consistency, and conformance with project requirements
- Communicate with internal teams regarding artwork, specifications, materials, and production details
- Support purchasing and sourcing of production materials as needed
- Assist with project documentation, file management, and other designârelated administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, repeatable work
- Ability to manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn signage materials, manufacturing processes, construction terminology, and project workflows
