The Senior Transportation Design Manager leads the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects while providing technical oversight to multidisciplinary teams. This role also involves building client relationships, supporting business development, and mentoring engineering staff to ensure project success.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and possess at least 10 years of progressive experience in transportation infrastructure design. A North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, along with demonstrated success in leading complex roadway, highway, or bridge programs.
