The Senior Product Designer will deliver high-quality design solutions while defining interaction patterns and architecture to ensure consistency. They will also lead customer journey discovery, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence business strategy across multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality designs using the Design System and define interaction and architecture standards
- Lead discovery journeys, conduct research, interpret data, and run hypothesis tests
- Manage stakeholder relationships, align processes, and influence decision‑making
- Define success metrics and initiate KPI‑driving initiatives
- Utilize generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to optimize content chat and conversational design flows
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with launched projects
- Experience handling open or loosely defined problem scopes
- Ability to work autonomously and make design decisions without supervision
- Proven ability to contribute to technical decisions and mentor junior designers
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
