RF Design Engineering Intern

Assist with designing millimeter-wave amplifiers and switches in GaAs or GaN, and perform linear, nonlinear, and electromagnetic simulations. Measure and analyze RF performance of modules and MMICs, support package characterization and probe testing, and present design reviews summarizing results.

Requirements
- Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited BS, MS, or PhD program in Electrical Engineering focused on RF circuit design, have completed relevant RF coursework, and maintain a GPA of at least 3.5. Familiarity with ADS or MWO and electromagnetic solvers is required; Python knowledge and strong communication skills are a plus.
