Mechanical Product Design Engineering Intern

Support the design, development, integration, and launch of engines and powertrain systems for Daimler Truck Specialty Vehicle products. Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, packaging studies, installation diagrams, and engineering documentation while coordinating with other design teams to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or have graduated within one year of the position start date. Candidates should have CAD experience, an interest in automotive or trucking, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change.
