Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy and design across web, mobile, and emerging platforms, conducting research, defining user flows, and validating designs through testing and iteration. Build scalable design systems and prototypes, communicate design decisions to stakeholders, and collaborate with product and engineering teams from discovery through launch.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of professional UI/UX design experience and a portfolio of shipped web and mobile products, along with strong design thinking and user research skills. Candidates should be proficient in Figma and Adobe tools, communicate and defend design decisions effectively, and be comfortable working iteratively in an agile startup environment.
