Lead client workshops and design teams, maintain project design systems, collaborate closely with engineers, and mentor designers.
Requirements
- Requires typically 5+ years of digital product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, fluent German (C1 or native), and very good English. Candidates should have hands-on generative or agentic AI design experience, strong Figma and design-system skills, working knowledge of React and Next.js, accessibility and testing expertise, and confidence leading client workshops and teams.
