Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intuitive SaaS interfaces. Participate in user research, usability testing, and field visits to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma and evolve them to high‑fidelity designs
- Participate in user research, interviews and usability testing and turn insights into design decisions
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to translate product goals into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems for visual consistency
- Work alongside developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs
- Conduct on‑site user visits and interviews to gather field insights
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or related role
- Strong portfolio showing SaaS product design
- Solid knowledge of Figma, including prototyping and component creation
- Understanding of UX fundamentals (research, usability, user journey) and UI fundamentals (visual hierarchy, typography, color)
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Willingness to engage directly with customers through interviews and field visits
- Good interpersonal communication skills
