UI/UX Designer

Design end-to-end, responsive web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, from wireframes through high-fidelity interfaces. Contribute to design systems, apply accessibility and user-centered design practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use research and testing insights to improve experiences and prepare Figma specifications for developers.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end, responsive web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, from wireframes through high-fidelity interfaces. Contribute to design systems, apply accessibility and user-centered design practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use research and testing insights to improve experiences and prepare Figma specifications for developers.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of UI/UX or product design experience focused on web, a strong portfolio, and advanced Figma skills. Candidates should have experience with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility, communicate and collaborate effectively, be able to work onsite in Miami four days per week, and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
