Lead multidisciplinary detailed design teams on major water and wastewater programmes, coordinating engineering and construction disciplines to deliver safe, buildable designs ready for construction and commissioning. - Lead multidisciplinary detailed design teams on major water and wastewater programmes, coordinating engineering and construction disciplines to deliver safe, buildable designs ready for construction and commissioning. Own design scope, programme, interfaces, assurance, and change while developing teams, strengthening client relationships, and improving value and whole-life performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should bring technical leadership in the design and project management of large-scale infrastructure, multidisciplinary engineering and construction integration expertise, and experience with NEC3/4 contracts, change control, and CDM processes. They should also demonstrate strong communication, autonomous judgement across complex projects, problem-solving and innovation, and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
