Lead multidisciplinary detailed design teams on major water and wastewater programmes, coordinating engineering and construction disciplines to deliver safe, buildable designs ready for construction and commissioning. Own design scope, programme, interfaces, assurance and change while strengthening client relationships, developing teams, and improving standardisation, value and whole-life performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should bring technical leadership in the design and project management of large infrastructure programmes, multidisciplinary engineering and construction integration expertise, and experience with NEC3/4 contracts, change control and CDM processes. They should be able to work autonomously across complex projects, communicate technical issues to varied stakeholders, solve problems innovatively, and foster successful teams.
