Manage technical and design delivery for large-scale residential developments from post-planning through procurement and construction commencement, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and design programmes. Review designs and technical submissions, progress approvals and utility requirements, manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with project needs, Irish Building Regulations, and BCAR.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical and design delivery for large-scale residential developments from post-planning through procurement and construction commencement, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and design programmes. Review designs and technical submissions, progress approvals and utility requirements, manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with project needs, Irish Building Regulations, and BCAR.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of post-qualification experience in a Technical Manager, Design Manager, or similar role, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on residential or mixed-use developments. Candidates should understand the residential development process, Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and statutory approvals, and hold a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
