Partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy, prototypes, design systems, and implementation while mentoring designers and advancing responsible AI use in design.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years in complex enterprise or technical domains such as AI, cybersecurity, identity, or data-intensive systems. Candidates should bring technical fluency, experience with agentic or collaborative workflows, strategic and systemic thinking, strong visual design, and a record of design leadership and mentorship.
