Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 15 years of experience leading UX teams or design portfolios. The role also calls for experience growing cross-discipline UX organizations, user-centered design at scale, cross-functional leadership, distributed team management, strong product design expertise, and strategic and analytical judgment.
