Senior UX Researcher till innovativ digital produktmiljö i Stockholm

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing user research to inform product strategy and improve user experiences. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with product teams, designers, and developers to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and conduct user research linked to prioritized product initiatives
• Execute exploratory and evaluative studies using various methods
• Integrate qualitative insights with quantitative and behavioral data
• Analyse user needs, behavior patterns and experience gaps to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate research results into clear, actionable recommendations for product and UX decisions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, data science and development teams
• Present research findings and strategic insights to senior stakeholders
• Help build a shared understanding of user needs across multiple product streams

Requirements

• Several years of experience conducting user research in digital product development
• Academic background in HCI, cognitive psychology, social science or related field
• Proficiency with research methods such as ethnography, contextual interviews, usability testing and concept testing
• Ability to combine qualitative findings with quantitative or behavioral data
• Strong understanding of user‑centered product development and systems thinking
• Experience driving research independently in complex, changing environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences
