Senior Product Designer

Build high-quality interactive prototypes and, when appropriate, production front-end code to validate product direction, while owning and evolving Alchemyâs design system, reusable components, and UI patterns. Partner with designers and engineers to improve implementation quality, accessibility, documentation, and workflows, and help teams make decisions through rapid iteration.
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality interactive prototypes and, when appropriate, production front-end code to validate product direction, while owning and evolving Alchemyâs design system, reusable components, and UI patterns. Partner with designers and engineers to improve implementation quality, accessibility, documentation, and workflows, and help teams make decisions through rapid iteration.
Requirements
- Candidates should have strong front-end fundamentals, including experience building interactive interfaces with React and TypeScript or an equivalent stack, and experience shipping and maintaining component libraries or design systems. They should combine visual design judgment with rapid prototyping skills, ownership in ambiguous environments, and clear communication across design and engineering; accessibility, Storybook, and motion experience are bonuses.
