Graphic Designer

Create and produce print and digital design materials, including brochures, newsletters, advertising assets, student guides, landing pages, and email campaigns. Maintain brand consistency, optimize visual assets, and manage design projects from concept through production while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce premium print collateral such as brochures, newsletters, guides and flyers
• Create high‑impact digital assets for landing pages, email campaigns and social media
• Perform advanced photo retouching and optimisation for both digital and printed media
• Maintain strict brand consistency according to EU Business School style guidelines
• Propose innovative design solutions and oversee end‑to‑end production timelines
• Collaborate with cross‑cultural teams across Barcelona, Geneva and Munich

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a corporate or agency design role
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong skills in Figma and modern interface/layout tools
• Excellent command of English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
