Lead the full product design process, from strategy and research through design and testing, representing sellersโ needs using qualitative and quantitative insights. Coordinate plans and decisions with relevant teams, lead reviews, and improve design processes while mentoring designers.

- Design modern, intuitive digital interfaces and experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring visual consistency
- Conduct user research, usability testing and incorporate insights into design
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to define and launch new features
- Mentor junior designers and improve design team processes
- Apply dataโdriven insights and AI tools to enhance design efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of endโtoโend product design experience (UI & UX)
- Strong portfolio showcasing typography, interaction, visual design and user research
- Experience with application design and service launch
- Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and ability to solve problems across teams
- Excellent communication skills to work with research, content, brand, PO/PM, engineering and marketing
- Ability to build and evolve design systems
- Basic businessโlevel English
