Product Designer
Fennoa Remote (đ«đź JyvĂ€skylĂ€, Central Finland, Finland)
You will be responsible for designing user interfaces, workflows, and user paths for a SaaS financial management product. The role involves collaborating with product management and development teams to improve usability through testing and AI-assisted design processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and development on new features
- Create UI sketches and interactive prototypes
- Plan and analyze usability tests
- Contribute to shared web components and design principles
- Implement UX strategy in daily design work
- Work within a 3âperson design team reporting to the Lead Product Designer
- Coordinate closely with product development, marketing and customer support
Requirements
- 2â4 years of UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS applications
- Experience with design systems
- Userâcentered design and basic knowledge of UX research methods
- Responsive design and familiarity with multiple screen sizes
- Basic understanding of frontâend technologies and their constraints
- Ability to use AI tools for analysis, ideation, prototyping and documentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in Finnish (written and spoken)
- Selfâinitiative and ability to lead own work and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Basic understanding or experience with finance/accounting systems (optional)
