Create end-to-end visual communication materials for multiple brands across digital and print channels, including social media content, advertisements, campaigns, web banners, and printed collateral. Collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts, maintain consistent brand identities, prepare production-ready files, and use AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create all visual communication materials for assigned brands, including social media posts, stories, carousels, and digital ads
- Design outdoor advertising, billboards, CLPs, posters, catalogs, brochures, inserts, corporate presentations, and other print collateral
- Develop web banners and landing‑page visuals for digital campaigns
- Apply brand identities consistently across all media and maintain visual cohesion
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate campaign concepts and provide visual contributions
- Prepare designs according to technical specifications for digital publishing and printing
- Utilise AI‑driven design tools to improve production speed and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Media, or related field
- 4‑5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency or corporate design team
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong knowledge of print production, colour management, and digital design dynamics
- Excellent typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy skills
- Experience using AI‑assisted design tools
- Ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, receptive to feedback, and team‑oriented
