Requirements
- Requires relevant construction or architecture qualifications, an appropriate CSCS card, and substantial experience leading design teams and managing consultants on significant projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction regulations, the Building Safety Act, RIBA stages, contracts, BIM, sustainability, safety, and commercial and technical design processes.
