You will lead complex design missions, ensuring the quality and coherence of deliverables across the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will mentor other designers and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to drive product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and structure complex or critical design missions from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
- Organize and facilitate workshops with numerous stakeholders to align on design direction
- Make and justify key UX/UI decisions, explaining their impact
- Ensure coherence of user journeys, interfaces and interaction principles across products
- Review and approve design deliverables before handâoff
- Support UX and Product Designers in their tasks, providing expertise as needed
- Adjust the level of expertise applied according to mission complexity
- Identify and mitigate risks related to quality, feasibility or inconsistency
- Contribute to the adoption and evolution of Design Systems
- Participate in audits, impact analyses and migration of reference frameworks
- Lead experienceâfeedback sessions and promote crossâreview practices
Requirements
- 4â6 years experience in UX, Product Design, Service Design or related fields
- Proven expertise in UX research and product design
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to run multiâstakeholder workshops
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and design systems
- Deep understanding of digital accessibility (RGAA) and ability to embed it in design work
- Mentoring or coaching experience for other designers
- Consultative mindset when interacting with product, business and IT stakeholders
- Decisionâmaking and arbitration skills in ambiguous situations
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product team operations
- Curiosity about AI applications in design, with optional prior experience
