You will conduct user research, analyze data, and create user journeys and wireframes to design effective digital experiences. You will also collaborate with product, IT, and design teams to ensure accessibility and business requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct user interviews, observations and workshops
- Analyze collected data to uncover needs, pain points and opportunities
- Create personas, user journeys, experience maps and user flows
- Design information architectures, zoning, wireframes and prototypes
- Plan, run or contribute to usability testing sessions
- Participate in coâdesign workshops with stakeholders
- Contribute to UX audits and existingâsystem analyses
- Document design decisions and keep deliverables up to date
- Integrate digital accessibility principles and standards
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX, product design, service design or related field
- Significant experience with complex digital products or services
- Experience working in largeâaccount environments
- Strong proficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools
- Ability to present and argue design proposals based on feedback
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product team operations
- Understanding of digital accessibility (RGAA) and ability to apply it
