You will lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, maintaining design systems, and ensuring accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Define design challenges together with business, product, and IT teams
- Plan and execute appropriate user research methods
- Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations
- Design user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and highâfidelity mockups
- Utilize and enrich applicable Design Systems
- Facilitate framing, ideation, and coâcreation workshops
- Prepare and conduct user testing sessions
- Document behaviors, interactions, and development guidelines
- Support development teams and participate in UX/UI quality reviews
- Analyze product usage and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain the design backlog and capture decision rationales
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX, Product Design, Service Design or a related field
- Significant experience designing complex digital products or services
- Experience in largeâaccount environments is strongly valued
- Proven ability to work autonomously on a product
- Strong mastery of Figma and collaborative design tools
- Experience facilitating workshops and conducting user tests
- Knowledge of agile methods and product team operations
- Understanding of digital accessibility and RGAA standards; certification is a plus
- Curiosity about AI applications in design, with any prior practice considered a bonus
