Design Manager -Aero Engines

Perform conceptual and detailed design of aero engine components, including hand calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and development and validation of 3D models with PMI and GD&T. Support customer technical discussions, evaluate non-conformances, manage the team, and improve MBD and digital thread processes across design, manufacturing, and quality.

Requirements
- Requires strong mechanical design fundamentals and substantial experience with aero engine compressor and turbine parts, along with expertise in GD&T, complex tolerance analysis, and MBD practices. Candidates should be able to interpret structural analysis results, create and validate annotated 3D models, solve technical problems with customers, and communicate and collaborate effectively.
