Define and build evaluation strategies, quality standards, and training signals in partnership with engineering, data science, product, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Requires 11 or more years designing software products, experience building and maintaining LLM evaluation pipelines, and experience designing agentic experiences in B2C or B2B contexts. Also requires deep prototyping expertise; preferred qualifications include responsible AI practices, multimodal agent design, AI workflow integration, and AI-native design fluency.
