Responsibilities
- Design and deliver website experiments, landing pages, sign-up flows, and interactive web experiences, collaborating with growth, marketing, SEO, and development teams to test clear hypotheses and improve conversion. Use and evolve the design system, prototype rapidly, QA shipped work, and analyze test results to build a playbook of effective approaches.
Requirements
- Applicants need 5+ years of website and marketing-page design experience, a portfolio demonstrating both tested outcomes and high-craft work, and experience working with growth or performance marketing teams. They should have strong Figma and design-system expertise, excellent UI and interaction craft, and the autonomy to manage multiple tests and collaborate with stakeholders.
