Responsibilities
- Design and deliver website experiments, landing pages, sign-up flows, and interactive experiences, collaborating with growth marketers and developers to test clear hypotheses and improve conversion. Use results to refine the design system, create reusable components, prototype and hand off build-ready designs, and QA shipped work for responsiveness, accessibility, and page speed.
Requirements
- Applicants need 5+ years of website and marketing-page design experience, a portfolio demonstrating tested outcomes and at least one high-craft interactive experience, and experience working with growth or performance marketing teams. They should have deep Figma and design-system expertise, strong UI and interaction craft, and the autonomy to manage multiple tests and communicate with stakeholders.
