Requirements
- Candidates need experience designing customer-facing web or mobile applications and a portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design skills, including the rationale behind design decisions. They should understand interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, visual hierarchy, user research, usability testing, and accessibility, and be able to collaborate effectively with developers.
