Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive VLSI backend design experience, and a strong understanding of place-and-route flows. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant hands-on experience and at least 4 years of management or technical leadership experience; knowledge of physical design verification and EDA tools is preferred.
