Product Designer Conversional

Design and optimize conversational experiences, including dialogue flows, error handling, and exception states, using user research, conversation logs, and performance data. Present design findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and continuously improve the conversational channel.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end conversational experiences with multiple intents and entities
- Lead conversational user research, analyzing conversation logs and language patterns
- Continuously measure and optimize channel performance, adjusting flows as needed
- Design error handling and exception states in conversational flows
- Present design outcomes and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Degree in Linguistics, Psychology, UX Design, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 3‑4 years of experience in conversational UX or general UX design
- Proven experience designing and optimizing production conversational channels
- Strong understanding of dialogue architecture, scripts and AI‑based channels
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design
- Data‑driven mindset for hypothesis testing and optimization
- Proficiency with Voiceflow, Dialogflow (or similar) and Figma
- Microsoft Office suite competence
- Optional: experience with ChatGPT/Copilot and log‑analysis tools
