PRODUCT DESIGNER ADVANCED

Design digital products from initial research through implementation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, analyze data and product risks, and use experiments and KPIs to improve user experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic user research and define problems and solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes and low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Execute usability testing and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation
- Present design proposals to internal stakeholders with minimal supervision
- Analyze basic data to inform design decisions and measure impact
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Develop design experiments and quantitative tests
- Balance client and business needs to create high‑impact solutions
- Contribute to product strategy using KPIs
Requirements
- University or technical degree in Systems Engineering, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design or related field
- 3‑4 years of experience in digital product design
- Proven end‑to‑end product design delivery
- Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong user research and usability testing skills
- Ability to design visually attractive interfaces with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Maze
- Knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with design systems and quantitative experiments
- Basic knowledge of Service Design and AI prompting (optional)
- Experience in B2B digital banking (optional)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
