Product Designer (UX/UI & Research Focus)- CDMX Only- Esquema Híbrido en CDMX
Dacodes 🇲🇽 Mexico City, Mexico
You will be responsible for researching user needs, designing end-to-end experiences, and creating functional interfaces in Figma. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product and development teams to iterate on solutions based on data and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand user needs through interviews, testing, and feedback analysis
- Design complete flows, information architecture and end‑to‑end experiences
- Create functional, accessible, user‑centered interfaces
- Propose design solutions with rationale and justify decisions
- Work with design systems and reusable components
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams on key decisions
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Iterate solutions based on data, metrics and continuous feedback
- Participate in validation of solutions with users and stakeholders
Requirements
- Deep understanding of user problems before designing
- Propose solutions, not just create screens
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams
- Design complete experiences (flows, journeys), not only visual interfaces
- Make decisions based on feedback, data, or user validation
- Minimum 4 years of digital product design experience (UX/UI)
- Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, design systems)
- Experience with information architecture and flow design
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience with research methodologies (interviews, testing, etc.)
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving orientation
- Ability to argue design decisions
- Effective communication with technical and business teams
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Advanced English preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction, UX or related field (preferred)
