Responsibilities
- Lead human-centered design across digital products, owning the process from discovery and research through prototyping, implementation, and refinement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, mentor peers, and guide design strategy while ensuring accessible, consistent experiences and delivery aligned with client priorities.
Requirements
- Requires at least six years of professional digital product or service design experience, including ownership of UX/UI work from discovery through implementation and experience planning and conducting user research. Candidates should be proficient with Figma or comparable tools, understand visual and interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility, and demonstrate their work in a portfolio.
