Manage and develop a global engineering team while partnering with cross-functional leaders to advance technology, digital engineering, and design excellence.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related STEM field, at least 10 years of relevant experience with rotating electrical machines, propulsion, or power systems, and demonstrated leadership of engineering teams and complex programs. Candidates must have organizational change and stakeholder-management experience, strong communication skills, and meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements or be able to obtain export authorization.
