Plan and conduct end-to-end mixed-methods research to understand customer motivations, needs, and behaviors, combining telemetry and behavioral data with qualitative insights. Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct end-to-end mixed-methods research to understand customer motivations, needs, and behaviors, combining telemetry and behavioral data with qualitative insights. Develop research methods for human and AI-driven workflows, partner with science and engineering teams to inform product strategy, and strengthen research quality through mentorship and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Requires a PhD in a social or behavioral science discipline, at least three years of corporate qualitative and quantitative research experience, and experience leading end-to-end user research, including B2B research. Candidates should be skilled in multiple research methods, telemetry analysis, and communicating findings, and must provide a portfolio of research work and deliverables.
