Lead design for enterprise and operations-facing products supporting rental, fleet management, and mobility operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders. Conduct research, translate complex workflows into scalable digital experiences, deliver UX artifacts, maintain design quality and consistency, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for enterprise and operations-facing products supporting rental, fleet management, and mobility operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders. Conduct research, translate complex workflows into scalable digital experiences, deliver UX artifacts, maintain design quality and consistency, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience and a portfolio demonstrating enterprise products, preferably in operationally complex industries. Candidates should have frontline research experience, workflow and enterprise application design expertise, proficiency with Figma and Photoshop, familiarity with AI and analytics tools, and strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
