Define OpenClawâs design vision and lead the creation and launch of intuitive AI-agent products, interaction paradigms, and a scalable design system. Partner with Foundation leadership, researchers, engineers, and ecosystem contributors to shape product strategy and deliver polished experiences across consumer products, developer tools, and agent interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define OpenClawâs design vision and lead the creation and launch of intuitive AI-agent products, interaction paradigms, and a scalable design system. Partner with Foundation leadership, researchers, engineers, and ecosystem contributors to shape product strategy and deliver polished experiences across consumer products, developer tools, and agent interfaces.
Requirements
- The role requires a strong record of owning and shipping exceptional zero-to-one products, excellent visual and interaction design, and deep expertise building scalable design systems. Candidates should combine strategic vision with hands-on prototyping and execution, collaborate closely with engineers, and be comfortable leading in ambiguous environments; experience with AI products, developer tools, open source, or front-end development is advantageous.
