Requirements
- Demonstrated strength in visual and interaction design, simplifying complex workflows, and managing and developing designers while improving shipped work. Able to set product direction, collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering, stay hands-on when useful, and make sound decisions amid ambiguity and changing priorities.
