Product Designer

Design Campaigns and Recognition experiences across web and mobile, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface content in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams. Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing, facilitate team decisions, apply accessibility and design-system practices, and use analytics to recommend improvements.

Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing, facilitate team decisions, apply accessibility and design-system practices, and use analytics to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least two years of product design experience across responsive web or mobile, practical experience with research, usability testing, Figma, and prototyping tools, and knowledge of user-centered, interaction, and mobile-first design. Strong communication, attention to detail, analytics skills, a product design portfolio, and familiarity with Lean or Agile processes are expected; B2B SaaS experience is advantageous, while HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are bonuses.
