Requirements
- Candidates should demonstrate strong visual and interaction design craft, the ability to simplify complex workflows, and experience managing and developing designers while improving shipped work. They should have set product direction, partnered effectively with Product and Engineering, stayed hands-on when useful, and shown ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to build alignment.
