Requirements
- Demonstrate strong visual and interaction design craft, experience simplifying complex product workflows, and a track record of managing designers and improving the quality of shipped work. Show the ability to set product direction, collaborate with Product and Engineering, make sound decisions amid ambiguity, and stay hands-on through design, implementation, and outcomes.
