- Requires 8+ years of product design or design systems experience, strong systems thinking for complex B2B platforms, and a portfolio demonstrating excellent UX, interaction, and visual design. Candidates must actively use LLMs and AI-assisted coding or prototyping tools, and be able to execute autonomously while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers.
