Lead a small design team and coordinate with project, commercial, procurement, site, client, consultant, and subcontractor stakeholders. Develop concept and tender information into coordinated construction and joinery drawings, manage drawing revisions and RFIs, ensure compliance, and produce as-built drawings.

Requirements
- Requires at least five years of technical design experience in retail or commercial fit-out, strong joinery and millwork detailing, and advanced AutoCAD skills. Candidates should be proactive, communicate clearly, coordinate technical drawings effectively, and ideally have luxury retail or high-end interiors experience.
