Validate and refine designs with users, simplify complex processes, and collaborate with product, research, engineering, and business partners to shape experience direction.
Requirements
- Extensive Staff-, Lead-, or Principal-level experience in UX, product, service, or experience design is sought, including service design methods and the ability to carry work from research through validation and detailed UI design. Candidates should have strong Figma skills, experience with complex enterprise or B2B workflows, effective communication and facilitation abilities, and a portfolio showing strategic service design and polished UX/UI execution.
