Sr. UX Researcher

Own end-to-end mixed-methods research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability studies, and concept testing, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with product, design, engineering, and business teams to shape AI-powered experiences, inform product strategy, and contribute to research practices and team development.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end mixed-methods research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability studies, and concept testing, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with product, design, engineering, and business teams to shape AI-powered experiences, inform product strategy, and contribute to research practices and team development.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of UX research experience or equivalent, demonstrated ownership of end-to-end research, strong qualitative and quantitative capabilities, and a portfolio showing methodological rigor and business impact. Candidates should communicate and synthesize findings effectively, work independently in fast-paced product environments, and collaborate across functions; experience with AI products, specialized user groups, or mentoring is preferred.
