Engineering Design Manager

Lead multiple engineering and design teams delivering electrical drawings, specifications, models, calculations, and construction documents for projects ranging from small design-build work to large hyperscale projects. Provide technical and people leadership, oversee quality and code compliance, coordinate workloads and project execution, resolve complex field issues, and improve engineering standards and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering and design teams delivering electrical drawings, specifications, models, calculations, and construction documents for projects ranging from small design-build work to large hyperscale projects. Provide technical and people leadership, oversee quality and code compliance, coordinate workloads and project execution, resolve complex field issues, and improve engineering standards and processes.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, a Professional Engineer license with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states, and 11â12 years of facilities power design experience. Candidates must have a record of leading engineering teams, strong electrical code and construction knowledge, proficiency with Revit, Autodesk tools, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, and experience with SKM or ETAP; healthcare, heavy industrial, or data center experience is highly desirable.
