Manage design for complex new-build projects during early development, coordinating external architects, specialist consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver the project vision. Develop design briefs and planning documentation, oversee reviews and design changes, monitor schedule, quality, and budget, and report planning outcomes to development management.

Requirements
- A degree in architecture or a comparable field and at least five years of experience in project development, design management, or a respected architecture or planning firm are required. Candidates should have early-stage and new-build project experience, ideally in hotels, knowledge of German planning and approval processes, proficiency with BIM and AutoCAD, and fluent German and English.
