Senior Design Manager

The Senior Design Manager will lead the end-to-end design delivery of a large-scale ICI project within a Design-Build or P3 framework. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration between design and construction.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and possess over 10 years of experience in large-scale ICI project design delivery. Proven expertise in Design-Build or P3 delivery models and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
