Requirements
- Significant experience in instructional or learning experience design, training development, or a related field is expected, along with experience leading design or content development professionals. Candidates should have strong knowledge of adult learning, digital learning tools, accessibility, visual design, and project prioritization; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluent English is required.
